By mastering your thoughts, you master your happiness. Many people are unable to love themselves or think kindly of themselves, constantly criticizing and finding reasons not to be happy.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 1.375rem; color: #2c2c2c;\">How to Release Negative Thoughts<\/h2>\n<p>You cannot get rid of the pressure of unpleasant thoughts by thinking about them \u2014 the fastest way is through movement, walking, fasting, or sleep. Thoughts, emotions, and the body are connected, each affecting the other. When you do something physical and act on your body, you can most easily influence your thoughts \u2014 whether you\u2019re cleaning the house, the garage, doing manual work, or exercising with effort. Movement changes the \u201cchemistry\u201d in the body, which then changes emotions and thoughts.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 1.375rem; color: #2c2c2c;\">Loving Yourself Brings Harmony<\/h2>\n<p>When you love yourself, you won\u2019t allow yourself to get offended, angry, or bitter so easily. When you love yourself, you understand that these emotions are destructive to your body and soul, and you won\u2019t let them stay within you for long. When you love yourself, you are aware that you can choose your moods, your thoughts, and decide to live in harmony with yourself.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 1.375rem; color: #2c2c2c;\">Stop Criticizing Yourself<\/h2>\n<p>Stop criticizing yourself! When you look at yourself in the mirror in the morning, don\u2019t look for flaws \u2014 we usually say: \u201cOh, I look tired, wrinkled, and old\u2026\u201d Become aware of this and tell yourself: \u201cYou are wonderful, fun, lovely, a warm soul\u2026\u201d Give yourself a compliment \u2014 say: \u201cHey, I love you.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 1.375rem; color: #2c2c2c;\">How Happy People Think<\/h2>\n<p>Another thing happy people do is love everything they do, as well as everything about themselves and who they are. They are very supportive of themselves when they experience failure or defeat. They don\u2019t \u201cwallow in the mud\u201d for years, finding excuses in the past for their failures in the present or future. As the saying goes: \u201cIt doesn\u2019t matter how many times we fall; what matters is how quickly we get up.\u201d People who love themselves rise quickly after a fall and move forward, creating a new future.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 1.375rem; color: #2c2c2c;\">Exercise: Talk to Your Inner Child<\/h2>\n<p>1. Write in your journal all the worst words you say or have heard about yourself when you were little. You can say these words out loud, imagining that you are speaking to your inner child \u2014 the small part of you that is only a few years old. Pay attention to how it feels\u2026 not very pleasant, is it?<br \/>\n2. Ask yourself why you keep doing this to yourself constantly.<br \/>3. Now write down the opposite of what you said or wrote. For example: \u201cYou are the best person for me. You are my happiness, my sunshine. You are wonderful, brilliant, a miracle. You deserve to be happy. You are perfect with all your imperfections.\u201d Now imagine saying all these words to your little inner child who lives inside you. How does it feel now? Feel the positive effect these beautiful words have on you.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 1.375rem; color: #2c2c2c;\">Speak Words of Love to Yourself  and Remind Yourself of Your Qualities <\/h2>\n<p>1. From now on, speak to yourself only with kind and loving words! Even when you\u2019re in a difficult situation, be gentle with yourself and support yourself \u2014 that\u2019s when you need it the most. Treat yourself as your best friend.<\/p>\n<p>2. Focus on your positive traits and write down at least 50 of your good qualities, adding more whenever you remember them.
