Give up the need to always be right because you won’t be. ❌
Give up the need for everything to be your way because it won’t be. ❌
Give up the need for everything to meet your expectations because it won’t happen. ❌ Give up the need for overindulging in sweets and sugar, or else you’ll face illness and premature death. 🫥
All these expectations for everything to be as we want are a big illusion. ✨ ✅
When you realize that life is bigger than you and surrender to the flow of life, but now aware of yourself, ✅ when you understand that complete control and security don’t exist and that in everything “bad” there’s something good, ✅ when you discover neutrality and love for everything and everyone that exists, you’ll gain the much-awaited peace. 😇
To gain something better 🌞🌈, a higher quality, you always need to let go of something that no longer serves you in life.
For example: It would be better if one day you decide to change your diet, reduce or eliminate sugars, alcohol, cigarettes… to look and be healthier, slimmer, and more beautiful. 💃 Yes, that means stepping out of the famous comfort zone, it means having the courage to take steps toward your progress, step by step. 🥇 It means boldly moving towards yourself as the goal, towards self-love. ❤️ Stagnation or “standing still” doesn’t exist! Either we move forward in line with the new times or we degrade and decline. Only when you decide to change at least one bad habit (everyone knows best what that is for themselves) or replace it with a better one, can you expect progress in your life. 🤩✨💫 Be honest with yourself, ask yourself, what is it that I can do today on the path to a better self?
