Have you ever had demanding people around you, always complaining, waking up on the wrong side of the bed every morning, constantly calling or texting about their problems as if they were the worst in the world, even if it was just a bad dream?

Do we need to rescue them every day? Will it help them get better? NO, IT WON’T! Nobody should practice and involve themselves in someone else’s life instead of their own.

Ask yourself: If I’m constantly dealing with other people’s problems, who will deal with mine? Who is managing my life?

We can’t help everyone, especially if the person doesn’t want to take action and step by step introduce new habits into their life that will help them.

If you notice that you’re serving as a “dumping ground” for someone’s negative emotions, ugly words of hate, anger, and rage over and over again, no matter how hard you try to “lift them up” and encourage them, it will only be temporary until the next opportunity. Your energy will decline. This could be enough to make you sick because you’re wasting your time and energy in vain.

I urge you to wise up, as the saying goes: “Use your head.” Sort out your life, focus on your daily life, your goals, and gently “skip over” those who want to steer you off course.

You’ll help someone best by being an example of what you “preach,” when you’re full of energy and shining like the “sun” (if someone is bothered by the light, they can put on sunglasses 😎).

It’s IMPORTANT to focus on yourself: what we want, what we love, where we’re going, and how we’ll get there, what our life should look like, and this is a big challenge for many. It’s easier to focus on others, what they’re doing, what they’re not doing, comparing, and often feeling bad about it.

🙌Practice: Take a few minutes every morning and write down 5 key steps you’ll take today to help you stay balanced every day, steps that will take you one step closer to your happiness every day. It could be: journaling, doing the 5 Tibetan Rites, working on a project that’s important to you, preparing a healthy meal, taking an active walk, meditating, and getting a good night’s sleep.

This is the beginning of the journey to your happiness. I can teach you how to help yourself, but whether you do it or not, the responsibility and results are up to you. 💪

Good luck! 🙏 Write to me if you’ve faced these challenges and how you’ve overcome them.

With love,

Andrijana
