As the flapping of a butterfly’s wings...
Scientific studies have shown that people from the business environment can achieve excellent results after two hours of coaching, for example. when it comes to reducing performance anxiety. This powerful effect is achieved by a basic intervention that seems very simple and represents the induction of the REM phase (Rapid Eye Movement) in the waking state, which normally occurs only in the night phase of deep sleep. It represents the most effective way to quickly remove stress, fears, emotional blocks, and also increases creativity, mental abilities and self-confidence.
The term “wingwave” as the flapping of a butterfly’s wings, originates from Edward N. Lorenz’s chaos theory, according to which the swing of a butterfly’s wings at one end of the planet can cause a hurricane at the other end of the planet. In a wingwave session, small neurological impulses caused by rapid eye movements, with a previously precisely defined topic and feeling to work on, can ultimately lead to extraordinary positive changes.
Wingwave® is a proprietary method that includes the following in its basis:

The WingWave technique is not psychotherapy, nor is it a substitute for it. This technique is applied to mentally healthy people who, in certain life circumstances, have a need to help themselves and apply a method that can help them successfully utilize their abilities, capacity and resources whenever they need them. A great advantage this technique has is that there is no so-called “stripping of the soul” and the client only needs to describe a situation in hints in order for the coach to lead the coaching process. It is recommended that work on one topic should last from one to three coaching hours.

Sessions
SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Sessions with clients can be in person or online, and appointments are scheduled in advance.
Coaching sessions last for 60 minutes or 90 minutes, as agreed with the client.
